We must be contacted with 3 days of delivery to process returns (FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY) or exchanges.
Your Items must be returned within 15 days to be eligible for exchange or store credit.
If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange or store credit. To be eligible for a return for store credit, your item must be Unwashed, Unworn and Unaltered and in the same condition that you received it with tags still on.
No foul odor, perfume, pet hair, smoke or makeup/deodorant stains will be acceptable.
* Please note, WE personally inspect and ship every item that is shipped out.
If you find a manufacture defect, you must report your findings to us within 48 hours of receipt of your order. NO EXCEPTIONS!
If you need to exchange it for the different size, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Deja Nu 207 E. 2nd Street, Lampasas, TX. 76550. We will check inventory and see if your replacement size is available/in stock. If it is in stock we will hold it until your replacement is received and inspected. In the event that a replacement size is not available we will contact you to see if you would like to choose another item or will issue a store credit. If the item costs more than your exchange you will be responsible for the difference in price.
